Kristina was very attentive. The food came out quick and accurate. She truly is a gem to this establishment.

I visited NORMS on October 12, 2024, so pretty recently. I enjoyed dining here! I walked in and made a reservation for 2, a friend was with me. It was packed so I thought the wait times would be long (calling out IHOP) but it took about 10 minutes to get a table! Fast seating service. It was like 9:30 a.m. when we dined. The dining room felt nice, comfortable, and amazing. Great decorations to me! They gave us a lot of menus so I got confused for a bit but I figured it out. We had an amazing waitress! I did not get her name though, but she was an older waitress and funny! I ordered a coffee, a water, and got the Sirloin Stake Bigger Better Breakfast with hashbrowns. The steak was cooked perfectly, I ordered it Well Done. I have one issue with my food however, the eggs were requested OVER EASY, but they didn't come over easy. My friend also ordered over easy and they weren't over easy either. Other than that, the food was amazing! Might be dining there again, not sure yet. Come give it a try! UPDATED REVIEW: I found out my waitress' name! Kristina! Amazing service! She deserves a raise.

1 1/2 minute read: The NORMS on Sherman Way has been serving this Valley community for some years now. This site is the busiest NORMS most days. You may need to wait (some) 10 to 20 minutes. But the wait is worthwhile as NORMS knows their stuff. I won't suggest any particular menu item because I go for breakfast. So if you go for lunch or dinner, you can tell me about it. I must warn you, if you want a nice quiet meal, this NORMS is noisier than a rock concert. But the food will keep you busy, Enjoy

It's been awhile since I've come in, but after a night in Hollywood, we get ahankerin' for Norms' comfort food! Even on a Monday a 10:30 this location is hopping! We had a less than 5 min wait before Jordan seated us and gave us menus. He gave us a moment to look them over, get my necessary pics(lol) then took our order. Boy was he running around! Food arrived in less than 15mins and was delicious. My $15 Classic Bigger, Better Breakfast offered 2 bacon, 2 sausage, a slice of ham, 2 eggs, hash browns and 2 pancakes. I subbed 4 bacon for the sausage and French fries for the hash browns. It was a LOT of tasty, greasy piggy - YUM! The eggs were cooked perfectly and the pancakes fluffy and traditionally delicious Norms. Hubs went for the $14.50 Classic 1/2lb Dbl Cheeseburger w/ 2 strips of bacon, which included his fries(or a choice of onion rings, Tater Tots, or fresh fruit). He also got a chocolate shake. At Norms they serve your shake along with the metal shake blender cup with the extra they couldn't fill into the tall ice cream shake glass, just like malt shops use to do! So their $6 shakes are more the size of 2 shakes at other restaurants. Jordan was quick to spot my request for a hot chocolate refill - ohhhh yeaaaah, they bring FREE refills on hot chocolate! - and before we had got the seats warm, our meals were done. I guess we didn't realize just how hungry we were! Despite it being quite busy, a group of servers took a moment to sing Happy Birthday to a guest at another table. Noice! This casual, family friendly restaurants attracts all kinds of nice people and the staff are quite pleasant as well.
